will be our Annual Producers’ Showcase

on February 21, 2023

Join us for what is always our most popular meeting of the year!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Anyone involved in or interested in the moving image media production industry and its participants….and anyone who wants to show off their stuff and get support & feedback!

WHAT TO SHOW: Your recent programs, clips, completed presentations, works in progress – anything you were personally involved with creating. The more diversified the presentations, the better – we like to see not only who is doing what and how they’re doing it, but the kind of work being done in these changing times.

Your program’s budget doesn’t matter! This is both a fun evening and a great opportunity to learn from others what works (and sometimes what doesn’t)!

WHO IS SHOWING: Any active participant in the creation and/or performance of the piece: producer, director, lighting, camera, set design, performing talent, etc.

You can attend to showcase your work either in-person or via Zoom.

Please include a short description of what you’re presenting, and a line or two about yourself/your company, especially if you’re new to us.

NOTE:
Since this meeting will also be streamed live on the internet, you may want to consider any client confidentiality or copyright issues that may be applicable to any program you wish to show.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!
We have a very limited amount of time available, so the number of presentations will be limited. Don’t wait until the last minute, slots fill up fast!

MEETING FORMAT: You’ll have 5 minutes TOTAL to present and discuss your work and take questions from the audience (if you wish).

If two or more people are involved IN DIFFERENT ASPECTS of the piece, you can combine the time into one longer presentation, no longer than 10 minutes.

Segments or complete short programs are preferred, but if you have just completed a new demo and want to debut that, that’s fine, too!
(But please, not your old demo again – we already know you’re good!

STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR PIECE 
Send your video clip (up to 2 GB in size) via WeTransfer.com using this link. (address the WeTransfer to: davesica@gmail.com, Title – CineTech)
Please do not send a 4K file, it will be too large.
